FormSIFT is a web-based, paperless, application form management system that enables users to digitise their application forms (e.g. Job, Grants, Competition, Graduate Recruitement, Apprenticeship Programme, etc). It is used to collect applicants' information, analyse, short list, filter and score candidates (by multiple reviewers if required) all through a browser. The system also includes an email engine that communicates with your participants using an email template (personally rendered to each applicant). Clients (such as BT Apprenticeship Team) that use our system to manage their recruitment process are able to significantly reduce the number of staff that are involved in the assessment and short listing process.
