Adding a timed assessment section to your application form greatly improves the match between the selected applicant and your search criteria.
This service includes the facility to add questions which require special formatting, for example psychometric tests or cross tabular questions. The scoring system can assign a scoring weight to each question if not all questions are equal in their importance.
If your assessment includes serveral sections, each section is tallied separately, providing the administrator with the final score for each section and an aggregated final score.
