Any form such as a job application, competition, grant appliction, assessment or survey needs to be processed, checked, assessed, evaluated and short listed. FormSIFT is a web-based application that helps you to do this quickly and efficiently.

- Formsift is a bespoke system that we set up for you. This means you can design your test and forms in the way you want. We can add further bespoke features, such as very high levels of security, and we do the work for you. No need to take up your in-house IT technician's time.
- Scalability. Formsift is particularly suitable for high volume users. Theoretically, there is no upper limit in terms of the numbers of applications it can handle. BT processed 30,000 applications in just two weeks. Formsift can comfortably handle numbers into the millions. Knowing that the software is robust and fully tested enables you to have peace of mind.
- Formsift can be fully integrated into your website. Each page is fully integrated and branded, so users feel confident they are communicating with you directly.
- Formsift has strict input validation. This makes it harder to cheat. One example is that Formsift will reject false or unmatching postcodes. It will check that all necessary information is included.
- Formsift offers high levels of security for tests. Features include time-out, single submission and only view one question at a time. This reduces the amount of cheating that can happen, and you feel you have a more accurate reflection of each applicant's ability.

Your applicants will register with a username and password, and from that point any information they input will be automatically saved, so they will never have to start again from scratch. They will be able to amend information if they want, thus keeping you informed of changes.
In tests, once they submit an answer, they cannot resubmit, and they will not be allowed to see or answer any question they have already submitted.

Costs
Set up costs can start at as little as £500. The cost of setting up a fully integrated application for a large user is unlikely to exceed £10,000. Monthly costs for hosting and 2 hours second line support will vary on the traffic load. Costs start at £200 per month for clients handling up to 1000 users. Most clients pay around £500 per month, and handle significantly higher loads.
